Cancellation by RARA Jyotish

RARA Jyotish reserves the right to cancel any consultation, service, or order at our sole discretion. Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to, the non-availability of specific services, inaccuracies in pricing information, or issues flagged by our fraud detection processes. In such cases, we may request additional verification or information before proceeding. We will contact you if any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required.

Refund Policy

• Refund Process: If an order is canceled after payment has been completed, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 2-3 days.
• Promo Codes: If a promo code or discount was used at the time of booking, it will not be refunded or reissued upon cancellation, whether initiated by the customer or by RARA Jyotish.

Cancellation by the User

Users may request cancellation of services, but RARA Jyotish reserves the right to accept or reject any cancellation request. Once a service has been processed or initiated, it cannot be canceled. Our team has full discretion in determining whether an order has been processed. You agree to abide by this decision and will not dispute it.

Non-Refundable Fees

Fees for consultations and services once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions, or related services, parties agree to seek resolution through the Consumer Court in Gurugram, India. RARA Jyotish and any third-party service providers may be involved in the resolution as necessary.
